1. Phase of efforts of preparation for the investor in the SSH project – specification of activites:
- providing geodetic data, measurement of the construction
- measurement of the locality, planimetry of the placement of the building and of the water gate
- measurements in the river flow - sectioning of the water chanel and of the coastal band
- measurement of the whole construction, alternate solutions
- measurement of the coastal areas in the place of construction
- geological data analyse, basic research of the target area
- engineering and geological data, minimal research of the given area
- expertise on envrinmental impacts of the project as required by law 127/1994
2. Phase - Engineering activities guiding the investor & his decision, leading to project documentation:
- the whole concept for the investment decision
- draft for the electrotechnical, machinery and electropart of the SSH, output, power
- technical solution for the construction phase, placement in terrain,
- adjustments of the solution to the actual state of the area, alternative solutions
- technology type, assesment of the alternate solutions
- concept for the construction part & electrical part, alternatives
- subcontractors and their involvement in the solution
- technical optimization of the subcontractors offers
- cost estimate & calculation
- economic optimization, assesment of the alternate solutions
- economic concept of the SSH, costs, interest payments, taxes,
calculated profit – ajdusting the economic concept of the SSH to the loan, energy prices
and price growth per annum - alternative solutions for the investor
- creation of a document describing all aspects of the project for the investment decision
The list of actions & services can be modified, most of these are required for the next step in the project documentation
3. Phase - project preparation & surrounding activities:
- project documentation required for the territorial decision ( ÚR )
- project documentation required for the construction permission ( SP )
- hearing with the parties involved regarding these two legislative steps
- all additional activities leading to succesfull granting of both required steps
